He or she also shows you stretching and conditioning exercises. Food log is a must, which is provided to every client to track nutrition intake. |

| What qualifications does my trainer have? |
| Your personal trainer has a minimum of 4 years experience with the most up to date exercise techniques and has received training in first aid and CPR. |

| How much does it cost? |
| How much time do you want to spend on fitness? The cost of the program is determined by the number and length of sessions you require or can commit to. To receive the full benefits of fitness training, you should plan for a minimum of two sessions per week. However, this is flexible, depending on your availability and budget. |

| Will I have an initial fitness assessment? |
| Yes. This is an integral part of your fitness plan. Your trainer will ask your needs and goals, weigh you, take your measurements and note your BMI (body mass index). Your personal trainer will then present you with a personal fitness plan, tailor-made to your goals, interests and time frame. |

| How will my progress be tracked? |
| Interval measurements will be taken, but you will be the best judge of your projects because you’ll see and feel the results. Your program will change every 8-12 weeks depending on your weekly results toward your goal. |

| Will I receive nutritional counseling? |
| Yes. As part of your initial fitness assessment, your trainer will ask you about your daily dietary habits and will make suggestions to improve your nutritional health. Personal diet programs are available through our certified nutritionists. |

| Are my training times flexible? |
| Your trainer will work around your availability to schedule your appointments. |

| What special equipment do I need? |
| If training at your home we provide most of the equipment needed depending on your goal. |

| Do I need clearance from my doctor before I begin training? |
| A doctor’s o.k. isn’t needed before beginning, but it is in your best interest to know that there are no underlying medical issues that need attention. |

| How many sessions do I need? |
| It all depends on your fitness goals and how quickly you want to achieve them. |
